About the Centre for Law, Public Policy and Governance (CLPPG)

The Centre for Law, Public Policy and Governance (CLPPG) is a think tank of National Law University and Judicial Academy Assam (NLUJAA). The inhouse Centre is created with the following mandate:

1. To boost awareness-building effort vis-à-vis law, public policy and governance.
2. To undertake research activities on the relevant issues of contemporary concern.
3. To drive capacity-building initiatives for diverse stakeholders of the community.
4. To publicize resource literature on major cross-disciplinary knowledge domains.
5. To conduct events on the critical crossroads of law, public policy and governance.

The Centre has initiated institutional blog on law, public policy and governance and engaged in getting other residual mandates operational in time ahead.
